　　(1) Tangwang River wastewater treatment project in Yichun, Heilongjiang Province

　　The first phase of Tangwang River wastewater treatment project undertaken by Beijing Aurael Xinsheng Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. has a design scale of 7500 ton/day in 2010, the design scale of the second phase is 15000 ton/day by 2020, to design scale of the wastewater regeneration plant is 3000 ton/day, and the total investment is more than RMB 90 million. The quality of the outlet water after being treated by the wastewater treatment plant is designed to be Level I Class B according to Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant issued by State Environmental Protection Administration. This project plays an important role in improving living quality of the citizens near Tangwang River in Yichun City, ensuring safety of water resources, protecting health of the citizens, promoting industrial and agricultural production, and developing economic construction.

The company has imported and mastered Israeli biological garbage disposal technology (international patented, the only garbage disposal technology in the world that is able to dispose unclassified garbage). According to the standard of garbage disposal of “minimization, reclamation, hazard-free and low-carbon”, this technology is rated top and honored as the cleanest technology with least pollution. This system has been in operation in Israel for many years (since 2003) with a daily capacity up to 300 ton. On January 2009, the plant in Sydney, Australia with a daily capacity of 300 ton started operation.

　　Israeli biological garbage disposal technology and pattern can provide diversified household garbage disposal solutions according to level of regional development and environmental conditions, including the lifecycle services of unclassified garbage such as process design, technical consultation, project contracting, equipment integration, installation, debugging, operation and management. The company is now operating garbage disposal projects in different cities with a yearly capacity of disposing more than 1 million ton household garbage in a hazard-free way.

The company boasts a full industry service pattern integrating planning, design, consultation, construction, equipment manufacturing, investment and operation, and has established a supporting system based on technical platform, capital platform and industrial platform.

　　Yisheng Water Affairs Group Co., Ltd. is established for the market of municipal infrastructure construction and environmental protection industry in China. It is a comprehensive enterprise featuring financing and investment functions, and participates in construction of the project and general contracting of equipment in the form of BOT, BT and TOT.

　　In order to improve competitiveness, the company united Shunde Keli Water Supply and Drainage Engineering Development Co., Ltd. and Qingdao Huanmei Industrial Co., Ltd. in the form of joint stock and merger, giving the company large number of excellent talents in automatic control system integration and operation and management of wastewater treatment plant, providing powerful security for the later stage operation of the BOT investment project of the group.
